Do you have the financial statement verified by your external auditor? In that case, a Standard Bank Confirmation is needed. This confirmation provides an overview of your accounts and credit facilities with ABN AMRO and who is authorised to act on behalf of the company.
You can request your Standard Bank Confirmation online via Internet Banking Business (in Dutch).
If you don't have access to Internet Business Banking, request your Standard Bank Confirmation online using the form. Because we have to enter your request manually, the process takes longer than via Internet Banking.
Please note: Only a person authorized to sign for the company can make this request. For example the account holder.
You can request the Standard Bank Confirmation with a reference date up to a maximum of 24 months in the past.
Request by authorised directorsThe application for a Standard Bank Confirmation must be signed by directors who are fully authorised to do so or in possession of a power of attorney to that effect. At least 2 persons must sign in the event of joint signing authority. The details on file with the Chamber of Commerce are conclusive in this regard.
Standard Bank Confirmation sent by postOnce we have received the application from you, we will send the standard bank statement by post.
You pay € 80,- excluding 21% VAT per request submitted, per company.
Please note: if you want to request a standard bank confirmation for several companies, you can do so in a single request go by answering ‘Yes’ to the question ‘Would you like to request a Standard Bank Confirmation for more than one company?’.
This may save you costs, as we add up the fees to a maximum of € 600 excluding 21% VAT for requests for several companies.
The fees are charged retrospectively on the monthly invoices.
